iPhone Help Desk
Our volunteer will be offering one-on-one iPhone assistance for anyone who wishes to learn about basic features, Siri, how to use the phone, texting, photos, apps, email, and iTunes. Bring your questions, and setup your one hour appointment today! Helen Plum Library card holders only.

One-On-One Senior Medicare & Health Insurance (SHIP) Counseling
Join us for the next session on December 8th, from 9 am-12 pm:
On the 2nd Tuesday of each month, a Senior Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) Counselor will be here to: provide information and answer questions about Medicare, Medicare Supplement, long term care insurance, Medicare HMOs, private fee-for-service and other health insurance; assist in filing Medicare and Medicare Supplement claims; and analyze Medicare Supplement and long term care policies. (SHIP) is a free counseling service provided by the Illinois Department on Aging.

Illinois Talking Book Outreach Center
Illinois Talking Book Outreach Center (formerly Voices of Vision Talking Book Center) is sponsored by the Illinois State Library Talking Book & Braille Service and National Library Service for the Blind. It is located in the RAILS Burr Ridge location. This service offers playback equipment and talking books through the mail free of charge.
