Library Branch
Helen Plum Library welcomes the use of its meeting rooms for civic, cultural, and social activities. Groups may use meeting rooms when the use will not interfere with the primary functions of the Library. The meeting rooms are available free of charge to Helen Plum Library cardholders, including residents, organizations, and companies within the Library District.
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks and not more than 12 weeks in advance. All reservations are considered pending until confirmed by a staff member. Patrons will be asked to fill out a Meeting Room Acknowledgement form to reserve a room. View our Meeting Room policy. Equipment
The Combined Plum Meeting Rooms feature two ceiling mounted projectors, projector screens, and two moveable dry erase boards. The combined room also features access to a kitchenette, available for patron use, with a cleaning kit available to leave the room in clean condition.
